You can also tighten it with the drawstring, though that part is a bit tricky to adjust. It’s completely waterproof, we’ve had it for just over a month now and not a single drop has gotten through to the cushions. It’s also super easy to remove when you’re ready to enjoy your outdoor space.

I purchased two of these covers to protect two outdoor sofas that we keep in our picnic pavilion. These covers were designed to go over sofas that are much larger than mine. However, because these were less expensive than the correct-sized covers I decided to go with them. The extra material can be tucked around and below the sofa. The material seems very lightweight and I can see how it might tear. However, because my sofas are under a roofed pavilion, I figured they would not suffer as much abuse. It has rained several times since installation and they have held up nicely. They have also protected the furniture from bird poop. It's nice pulling the cover back to find a clean and dry sofa.
