I usually have been eating the buldak carbonara or buldak yakisoba cuz I like spicy but I prefer more of a soy sauce or curry spice taste. Sometimes noodles are too chili spiced or taste almost like buffalo sauce. These Momo ones are the best texture and best tasting noodle I’ve had, it reminds me of the texture and taste of wonton soup. I have to say the sizing is perfect too, enough thickness cut for your bowl but too long or too wide! The tingly chili sauce is definitely a nice tingle of chili, not overpowering it’s more like a salty dumpling sauce with a chili aftertaste kind of like a Szechuan or Kung Pao taste. My only complaint is it can be a little salty and you can’t really make broth with this. It’s more like a thin sauce like something you would put on pho or flavor on lo mein. Honestly though lightness isn’t a bad thing, there’s beauty in the simplicity!
