## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this sandal have a removable insert. I have a custom made orthotics. Will a custom orthotics fit ?**
A: I ordered these in 2015 and returned them because I thought they had a design flaw and did not fit well. They only had one strap instead of two. However to answer your question, there is no removable insert. You might use a custom made insert but that depends on how its made. Personally I would not chance it. Get a shoe with two straps not one.

**Q: Do the monterey sandals have removable insoles? this was asked before but the answer was not clear. my old pair has removable insoles, so i hope so.**
A: My pair do not

**Q: does this sandal have a velcro closing?**
A: Yes, there is a velcro closure strap on the heel of the sandal which allows for some adjustment of the fit.

**Q: Can i pay with a usps money order ?**
A: That depends on the company. I doubt it but you need to contact them directly since Amazon does give you the sellers email address however Amazon is paying the dealer and then you pay Amazon. You do not pay the dealer directly. Everything is through Amazon unless you bypass Amazon.
