I like this self draining meatloaf pan for the usual reasons like ease of cleaning, quality build and baking capacity. I can cook a loaf for up to 5 or 6 people or a small loaf for 2 people. The design of this pan, however, is my favorite part. Since there are no sides on the part that lifts the loaf out, I'm able to slide the loaf off in one whole piece and keep it all together so everyone can witness my beautiful creation in one whole piece. You can't do that with some meatloaf pans.

These things are magical. I was so wary of the holes in the bottom lift part. I'm thinking I needed to Pam it then put aluminum foil under it. That way uncooked food couldn't weasel through those holes. Wrong. It's as miraculous as it appears. Very sturdy metal, made well, not heavy or bulky. I still use Pam the sides don't seem non-stick. But, otherwise genius.
