Started out loving it, I would make an Oatmilk Matcha on the warm setting once or twice a day every single day. After while I noticed the sound of the machine changed a little bit from how it was originally. So I thought maybe I should only use the warm setting on occasion instead of daily. So I started warming my water up in a tea kettle and making my Oatmilk Matchas on the room temp setting and the machine's sound went back to normal so I didn't think anything about it and continued just using the room temp setting. Until now when the machine has completely stopped working. The only thing I could find was the our story part of the website says they are from Columbus Ohio, but nothing is mentioned about where it is manufactured. This doesn't surprise because this awesome little machine was seriously lacking instruction upon arrival. They do have a question section on their website, but no response yet. It took a couple of days the last time I had a question. I'm sorry I was unable to find an answer. Good Luck! **Q: Does anyone have a solution for when the Nutr simply stops working? No cheeful beeping, no lighted display, when I plug it in?** A: I had the same problem. It stopped in the middle of making a batch of milk - dead with no lights or motion. It was 9 months old. I contacted Nutr and they say their warranty is only 3 months and “Please understand that we have our Terms and Conditions that have been agreed upon purchase”. It started out really well in that it blends things and makes good milk. However, the internal gears are starting to make a grinding noise. Not sure how much longer it’s going to last for 200$. And it’s easy to use IF you can see the teeny tiny writing on the teeny tiny buttons. And the tiny buttons are so close together that it’s difficult to touch the one you are after. An irritation for sure. And lastly, it’s not that easy to clean. If u use the heat function then it immediately begins to stain at the bottom and it can’t be removed entirely. I expected A LOT more from this machine because of all the hype. My guess is that this thing will last about another 6 months if I’m lucky. I would gladly pay the price for a GOOD machine that will last. This one isn’t it. I would consider other brands if I was to do this again. This product is a fail.
