A: I did some research for you on dates. It may help you and it is much more information than you asked for...maybe this will help you decide if you want to eat these bars.

I am not a fan of these bars because I prefer something with chocolate. I will not eat anything with artificial sweeteners because anything with artificial sweeteners is much too sweet for me.
