So far, cassava flour has been extremely useful in AIP baking since it has a mild flavor and a different texture that is less cakey than coconut flour. I absolutely LOVED the AIP BBQ sauce and would definitely purchase it again. I am excited to also try the other BBQ sauce flavors and buy the brand in bulk next time. The duck fat was an interesting surprise. It is something that will expand my AIP cooking repertoire and is definitely not something I would have tried on my own without this box. I have not tried the date syrup yet but I loved dates and I am sure I will find a use for it. My only complaint with this box was the beet ketchup - I found that it tasted overwhelmingly of beets which was off-putting for me. I would rather have AIP vegetable fries or an AIP burger that is well-seasoned without a dipping sauce than use this "ketchup". All in all, I give it 4 stars for the other products and 1 star removed for the ketchup. I would purchase all other items again separately to avoid getting the ketchup. I did fine that mixing the "ketchup" with some of the BBQ sauce improved it as a dipping sauce but I will never purchase this beet product again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by C***H on March 20, 2018* Great kit!
