    I love these but they broke soon after I got them

I love these but they broke soon after I got them. I fixed it with glue and everything has been fine for a few months but now one of the sides isn't working. I contacted the seller because it came with an 18 month warranty but I haven't heard back. If they send me a new pair I would happily give a 5 star rating but as of now I have to use my old pair until I can get new ones.It has been over a week and I haven't heard back so I'm changing my testing to 1 star and bought a different pair.

Cheap plastic, horrible sound quality. Not sure what I expected for the price.Update: the company reached out and offered me a refund for the product due to my unsatisfactory review. I declined as the product works fine. It's just not as good as I had hoped or expected. Customer service from this seller is top notch, though.

Listen, they are cheap headphones. The sound quality isn't fantastic, but they work. I wish the battery lasted a bit longer. Also, just a heads up, when you it turn on/off and connect devices, there is woman who is basically moaning while narrating what you are doing. No biggie to me, but some may not like it.
