Its dual ball bearing system ensures smooth, fast spins ideal for all skill levels, while durable industrial-grade handles and rugged materials guarantee long-lasting performance. Perfectly sized at 8ft for users under 5'8", this rope is engineered for serious fitness enthusiasts seeking a pro-level training edge. ## Description Thick 1.3-pound jump rope for adding heavy resistance to your jump rope workouts, building forearm and hand strength, and improving single under and double under strength and endurance in shoulders.SIZING:/ - 8ft: recommended for heights 5'7" and under9ft: recommended for heights 5'8" - 6'10ft: recommended for heights 6'1" and taller ## Features - SIZING: 8ft rope weighs 1.3lbs and is recommended for heights under 5'8" tall. A thick 12mm diameter PVC cord creates extra drag for a quicker cardio fitness workout and forearm/shoulder burn. - GRIP STRENGTH: This style of heavy jump rope is used by Muay Thai fighters to build grip strength and muscle endurance for grappling. Designed to engage the core, back, shoulder and arms that don't normally get a workout. - SMOOTH SPIN: Most weighted jump ropes are clunky and difficult to spin. The Elite Jumps Muay Thai's dual ball bearing design makes for a fast smooth spin, making it easy for beginners to develop rhythm and fast enough for double unders. - HEAVY DUTY: This rope was designed to last and take the abuse of the gym and endurance workouts. Upgraded 12mm PVC cord can be used on outdoor and rough surfaces. Industrial grade 4.7" long handles are made of an ultra durable unbreakable plastic. - SUITABLE FOR MEN & WOMEN: At 1.3lbs this rope is heavy, but not too heavy to be suitable for both men and women. The resistance is created by the "drag" of the rope through the air; greater resistance is created by spinning the rope more quickly. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Brand | EliteSRS | | Target Audience | Adult | | Special Feature | Weighted | | Recommended Uses For Product | Exercise and Fitness | | Material | Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) | | Handle Material | Plastic | | Colour | Blue - 8FT | | Item Weight | 1.3 Pounds | | Cable Length | 8 Feet | | Grip Material | Plastic | | Manufacturer | EliteSRS | | UPC | 810936026704 | | Country of Origin | USA | | Item model number | muaythai2-blue | | ASIN | B07XCSD8QQ | ## Product Details - **Brand:** EliteSRS - **Target Audience:** Adult - **Special Feature:** Weighted - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Exercise and Fitness - **Material:** Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) ## Images ![Elite Jumps Muay Thai 2.0 Weighted Jump Rope - Designed for High-Intensity Training, Muay Thai, & MMA Workouts - Heavy 1.3lb PVC Jump Ropes for Fitness - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81BTv26IeYL.jpg) ![Elite Jumps Muay Thai 2.0 Weighted Jump Rope - Designed for High-Intensity Training, Muay Thai, & MMA Workouts - Heavy 1.3lb PVC Jump Ropes for Fitness - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71PkLksu6NL.jpg) ![Elite Jumps Muay Thai 2.0 Weighted Jump Rope - Designed for High-Intensity Training, Muay Thai, & MMA Workouts - Heavy 1.3lb PVC Jump Ropes for Fitness - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81LmVZvdSpL.jpg) ![Elite Jumps Muay Thai 2.0 Weighted Jump Rope - Designed for High-Intensity Training, Muay Thai, & MMA Workouts - Heavy 1.3lb PVC Jump Ropes for Fitness - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61QA1eWXSgL.jpg) ![Elite Jumps Muay Thai 2.0 Weighted Jump Rope - Designed for High-Intensity Training, Muay Thai, & MMA Workouts - Heavy 1.3lb PVC Jump Ropes for Fitness - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71GhJarXSIL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: is the rope 9', plus the length of the handles** A: The 9ft does NOT include the handles. **Q: How can i straighten the rope ?** A: I just started in the middle and rubbed in my hand down to the handles. they move. Once I did that a few times it straightened **Q: Is the weight in the rope or the handles?** A: I believe it's in the rope though the handles are solid. I love this rope and find it easier to use than an unweighted. It doesn't feel all that heavy but it performs better than a flimsy rope. **Q: Is there a way to shorten the rope?** A: Not made to be shortened but it is possible. I shortened mine a inch just by unscrewing bolt in handle, popped out the bearing cut the rope and then screwing the bolt back into the rope. ## Frequently Bought Together - Elite Jumps Muay Thai 2.0 Weighted Jump Rope - Designed for High-Intensity Training, Muay Thai, & MMA Workouts - Heavy 1.3lb PVC Jump Ropes for Fitness - Jump Rope, Tangle-Free Rapid Speed Jumping Rope Cable with Ball Bearings for Women, Men, and Kids, Adjustable Steel Jump Rope Workout with Foam Handles for Fitness, Home Exercise & Slim Body - dofopo Jump Rope Mat 71"/63"x24" Larger Non-Slip Indoor Outdoor Exercise Fitness Mat, High-Density Workout Shock Absorption for Home Gym Flooring Concrete Jumping Rope --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/421455200-elite-jumps-muay-thai-2-0-weighted-jump-rope-designed](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/421455200-elite-jumps-muay-thai-2-0-weighted-jump-rope-designed) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
