I would recommend ordering one size up if you are close on sizing. For example, I usually wear a 2x, ordered a 3x and it fit perfect. For anyone that regularly wears dress shirts I would compare the size 3x to an 18 1/2 35/36 dress shirt. Material isn't too thick but it's not so thin where you see your skin underneath.
