Most cookie cutters will probably be blue but color may vary. This item is not dishwasher safe, hand wash only. Prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight should be avoided. Review: I make out dog treats for our two medium size dogs. I used to find this a tedious process until I found this cookie cutter. It does need to be hand washed, but very easy to clean. Review: I bought this to cut fudge into cubes but it's not effective at all. It's a thick plastic grid with no sharp or thinner edges to make cutting easy. It just didn't work and the fudge got stuck in the squares and had to be pushed out, so no clean cut cubes. I guess using it to cut soft cookie dough would be the same. An expensive waste of money.
