**Q: How does the fabric hold up?**
A: I bought the leather rather than the fabric. It is holding up very well. This appears to be a well made product.

**Q: Is this real leather?**
A: PU leather

**Q: I need a lower ottoman. Could this be used without attaching legs?**
A: Though this is really quite low, you could certainly just lay it on the floor without attaching the legs.  If you want something lower, you might simply buy a decorative pillow.

**Q: Can the fabric be sprayed with a Scotchguard type product to protect it?**
A: I have the navy blue one and I have not sprayed it, but I don’t know why you could not do so- maybe the seller could confirm

We are using this stool for a step to help or small dog get on the bed.  It was simple to assemble and very sturdy.  It was not quite high enough for her, but that is due to our lack of judgment.  We were able to resolve the problem by adding a small cushion.  Very nice little stool.
