I changed out early from last October when I got the truck used and the selling dealership said they changed the cabin air filter with the oil change. Glad I changed it today 5 months later as the one they put in was slightly less wide and I could see where the air was passing also around the filter. this one the writing is facing up when you install (Air Flow arrow points DOWN) matches the wording on the RAM cover of the cabin air filter. The side walls are firm but enough give to slide it into the cabin air filter slot. not as many pleats as the OEM filter. will see in a year when I change out with the 2nd filter.
