Don't hesitate to trust Toniq! *by S***N on 31 October 2020* Caveat, Valerian Root does not have a lovely scent or flavor. Chuck it in your mouth & get it swallowed. Once you learn how well it works, you won't care! Still, don't linger with it in your mouth! Also, SUPER IMPRESSED how small the capsule is & what a punch it packs! Valerian Root is part of my sleep regimen. I've tried several brands. For many years I used basic, super inexpensive ones. I have severe PTSD & always had trouble with nightmares. I did not realize Valerian Root could contribute to that. Until 2020 being 2020 took me to a new level of nightmares. I increased my valerian dosage with extremely bad results.
