If you get water in the shoe, it stays in the shoe. If Montrail were to make this show in a non-waterproof version that breathes well, then it would deserve 5 stars. As they are, your feet stay damp the whole time due to water from rain, stream crossings, or perspiration, and you need to keep changing your socks to avoid getting blisters. Review: Montrail is simply the BEST. - I love Montrail. I have a fairly wide flat foot and the Fluid Fusion Outdry fits very comfortably, I use these for wet trail conditions. For everything else I wear FluidFlex II, like walking on marshmallow but with perfect support, you wouldn't believe how comfortable they are, and no slip on any surface!
