Review: Good Value! - The chair was packed well, and shipped very quickly. This is the only manufacturer I've dealt with that put the needed bolts in the holes of the item, therefore, no bag of lose parts, and everything is physically in place. No, they did not include a wrench, but come on, if you don't have a decent wrench, just go out and buy one, you'll eventually use it elsewhere. The chair came completely covered in plastic protective wrap is easy to put together, and appears to be made with good quality materials. The quality control is good, and I experienced no faults. It is stable (contrary to what others have written), comfortable for a client/patient and works very well as a semi-portable chair. My only complaint , is that the accompanying rolling stool is cheap in all respects, and probably should not even be included, since it detracts from the chair itself. My suggestion, is to through it away (or us it in the garage!), and get yourself a professional heavy weight stool. For someone starting out, semi-retired, or working part time from home, this chair is an excellent value, and I highly recommend it! A+++

A: The left arm of chair has a tendency to fold backward when weight is put on it. It goes right back though when you lay chair back just push it up
