I've been around a lot of different type of rehab and exercise equipment as that's a lot of what my job entails. Our clinic has always used therabands that have been connected to the wall but I felt that it was time to upgrade something that looked a little more professional. I chanced upon these bands and have used something similar in other clinics and decided to give it a try.Pros:- Mobility: The bag makes it very easy to store away when not in use and also very easy to take around- Durable: I've had other similar bands for personal use and those bands have already broke. These are much firmer and are of better quality- Easy to use/Convenience: The metal clips make this very easy to switch in between bands and adjust as needed.- Door hang: We don't have to use this in the clinic but I decided to give it a test run in our clinic and it works fine. This is also better than most in that it includes two which makes it much easier and less stressful if you lose one.- Double ankle straps: Most packages include 1 but its very rare to get two which allows you greater flexibility in what exercises you can performCons:- Colors: The color order of resistance is different from what is standard in terms of therabands and what clinics use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great workout tool. *by L***B on Reviewed in the United States on July 11, 2017* I have to say I wasn’t expecting much when I bought these for the price listed. However, I find these bands to be an excellent tool to work out with. The sheer number of exercises you can perform with these bands is only limited by your imagination. I’ll list two of my favorites:Curls:Take a large dumbbell and place it on the floor to use as an anchor for the band. Take the two Velcro straps and attach them on each end of the band or bands. Then wrap the straps around your wrist. Now lay on the floor face down. Scoot away from the dumbbell until you feel tension. Now curl at a steady rate while breathing in and out. Contract the bicep and hold while flexing at the top range of the rep. Do this as many times until you burn out. You will definitely feel a burn. Note: You can also use the included tabs to attach to the door.Abs:Anchor the bands like in the last exercise and attach the Velcro straps to each leg. Use this to do knee ups until you burn out.I’m sure there are many more exercises I’ve yet to imagine.
