If you have a larger size head, the egg is too small. My cap size is a 7-3/4 and the egg is too small. So one size fits all is NOT in play on the egg. I have to tilt the shell forward to hit the area of my scalp that I’m trying to revitalize (top & forehead) so the back of my head does not get the treatments. The charging process and powering up process is working as advertised.
