Wouldn’t recommend buying online. I ordered two and they were both dry as a bone. Threw them both away. They were very old. I’ve used this brand before and I loved it, so I’d suggest buying in the store to be sure of quality control. Sephora carries it. **Q: Is this supposed to come with plastic wrapping? It was so dry it didn't form tubes around my lashes, and when I tried to rinse/wash it off, it didn't come off in tubes, but in tons of flakes.
