My concrete looked terrible from years of stains and discolouration. Since there was no cracks, I decided just to cover it up. It made the chips look better, though you will need several coats to smooth it out to an acceptable amount. Only been a couple of weeks, but it adheres pretty will and dries fairly quickly. All I will say is that it looks more grey in photos but in real-life, there is a slight blue tinge to it. I recommend a respirator, as the scent will give you a headache.
