Finally found a hydroxytyrosol olive oil with proof! Dr. Gundry was absolutely bombarding my Facebook feed with posts about hydroxytyrosol and its amazing antioxidant benefits. At first, I totally bought into it and went down this whole rabbit hole researching high hydroxytyrosol olive oils. I tried Dr. Gundry's oil and several other Moroccan brands (trying to save money). They all claimed to be packed with polyphenols and hydroxytyrosol, but when I dug deeper looking for actual lab results? Nothing. Zero proof. And honestly, Dr. Gundry's oil felt like a car payment, ridiculously expensive for such a tiny bottle. Plus they all had this weird watered down, bitter taste that made me suspicious they're all from the same supplier with different labels slapped on. Then I found Papa Vince.
