Just by about an inch. They're about 39", and I needed a good 40". Not going to go to the trouble of tearing out the hem, and re-sewing them OR returning. So I was unable to use the bottom rod, and had to leave the curtain free flowing. Now the tieback slips off, and the loose curtain gets caught in the opened or closed door!The color was also different in person than pictures. More of a work uniform medium khaki color. Not a bad color, but I wanted a little something closer to the picture, softer and less "industrial".However, the material is thick and quality. I like the silky feel and look (besides the off color) and they really do block out light and are great for privacy, all at an excellent price!
