Very good load bar. I use it in my semi truck for a hanger to hang. My clothes up works excellent for me. **Q: Is there a place to add a lock, to lock it in place?** A: Hey Shannon, No there is no way to properly secure a lock to the Cargo Bar. **Q: If I cut the outer pipe , can I make the unit shorter** A: Hello!
