It has a LOT of fiber which I’m a huge fan of. Good quality protein (mainly from whey and not a blend of plant+whey). BUT, it’s pretty high in calories. 184 I think for the 40g bar. Which is preposterous. This is not for someone who wants to go on a cut despite the high fiber and protein. One way to cut down on calories is to use erythritol instead of the malitol syrup they used. I just hope they read my review and actually consider using it.
