It easier to clean than my pastry sheet because you are not supposed to wash it - just keep flouring it. It's big enough to wrap a whole loaf. It's so sturdy, I'm going to leave it to someone in my will. I would like clean before I start** A: No; it is not to be washed. after using, one just shakes it out and air drys it. if you wash it, you will ruin the characteristics of the cloth serving the purpose for which it was uniquely woven.
