It stopped working properly after only 4 uses. I rent vacation condos and I keep a key in case the guest locked themselves out so I only used it 4 times , then we tried everything to open it or reset the code , ect. I had to ask a restaurant owner to cut it off for me , then another friend pried it open so I could get my key. Such a waste of my money on a beautiful colored product. My company name is pinkshrimprentals. But it proved to be a bad product. Maybe it was just this one but it mattered.
