The rb10 also accepts long batteries, but the shorty will increase steering response as it lowers weight and brings the weight over only the rear of the chassis, eliminating weight on the front wheels. For 2wd it makes it twitchy in the corners, faster and better in the air; but the long packs can make it more stable in corners with the extra weight.
