The car(1st gen Creta) had fabric mats and it was a hassle to clean them because I have a pet at home(gotta vacuum the mats to remove pet hair). Now I just brush them and rinse with water. The mats are slip resistant and are sturdy, I think they will last a long time. You can trim them to fit your car but I recommend to trim only the driver side mat and leave the rest of them untouched because over a period of time the contours at the trimmed portion might start to tear away and make the mats obsolete. I had to trim the grooves on the top of the mat a bit extra, for a more safer space between the pedals and the mat just to be sure it doesn’t slide and jam the area under any circumstance. Beats the purpose a bit, but necessary. Prefer washable rubber mats against any 7d or 9d mats any day. The rear mats could have been a bit more wider, hence 4 stars.
