I am not new to eyeliner and know a good product when I find one. This ain't it! Just got this product in and wore it tonight for a dinner event. It does not last and does not stay put. It runs and creates smudge all over. Makes you look like modern day Britney Spears (not in a good way- the way she looks like she has two-day old eyeliner under her eyes while dancing on IG). Within an hour you will look like you had a "rough night" out, despite the fact it's 6pm, you just arrived and you're totally sober. This product is awful.
