A: It definitely can help. The key is to burn more calories than you take in. The calories must be good ones, no matter how hard you try you can’t out exercise a bad diet. This stuff is basically pure protein. I use 2 scoops in 16 to 20 ounces of almond milk everyday for breakfast as part of my 1700 calories. Along with exercise daily, increased protein consumption and lowering (not eliminating) my carbohydrates I lost 50 lbs in about 9 months and have kept it off.

**Q: Does this help a skinny person put on lean muscle weight w/without working out?**
A: As for our Egg White Protein, this product can help those individuals looking for healthy muscle gains by providing a complete protein source and nutrients essential to growth. TASTY!! Clean, healthy long-storing, yummy nutrition for building muscle or losing fat. I mix w/casien protein to lengthen the energy staying power. Whey powders are not worth it for me, they have no lasting satiety. Egg protein launches plenty fast and burns way longer. Extend that w/a little casien and your good to go.Highly recommend pairing w/Strawberry Powder for antioxidant maxxing.

Taste great vanilla flavor. I find this egg protein is just the right amount of sweet. Mixes good. Lil expensive compared to some other brands but it’s worth it if u don’t mind the few xtra $.

It's crap protein 👎🏼 so, these huge, wealthy firms buy it up like crazy and give their products exotic names like CELLUCORE, which, btw, I tried and I have broad shoulders and am somewhat beefy 🥩 I noticed ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE in my gains and/or progress with this or these other fancy protein powders!!
