I use them in rc jets and they work for me. **Q: The dean's adapter in the package fits to male side of a dean's connector but does not connect to the battery's xt60. what am i missing?** A: Mine came with a yellow adapter that has two half circle prongs on the bottom that have to be turned to line up with the slots in the female deans. The flat side goes against the blade of the deans **Q: How do you attach the dean plug adapter?** A: That’s not an adapter!! If you need to use the deans connector, the deans supplied, is to be soldered in place of the xt-60.. the half circle side is the side the negative and positive wire should be soldered to. Put shrink wrap in place before soldering. Do Not use that as an adapter!!
