I give the bottle a good shake because the thicker ingredients would naturally settle and that’s where the bottom of the plastic tube would be. You get a spray or two then it gets stuck. They need to replace with a different type of sprayer. The stuff is sticky. I’m sure it dries in the sprayer. You may want to buy a different sprayer like a trigger type and screw that on the current bottle or buy a spray bottle and transfer the product to the new container. I wash my hair 3 days later and on the 2nd day my hair was not tangled. I would of given more stars, but the pump would stick and not come back up easily after 3 pumps. I had to manually pull the plunger up. I ended up pouring the product in my hand.
