I am using these and very happy with them. I am not using them for stamps. I use them to organize ephemera. **Q: does this fit a regular 3-ring binder?** A: Yes the inserts work with a regular 3-ring binder **Q: Do the stamps not move around our fall out easily?** A: You can either secure the stamps with mounts and then insert them. Sometimes the stamps move but I try to keep them in the correctly sized sheets.
