How does it attach to a shirt or costume?** A: I believe off the top of my head it pins on - but this purchase for me was a huge & I mean huge disappointment - it is made out of the cheapest hallow plastic front (think old Halloween mask plastic) it is the worst waste of money - don't recommend purchasing it. **Q: Is it actually red?** A: Yes it is.
