I would call Amazon. **Q: Would these be a good fiber additive to my pups diet?!** A: It has been very helpful for my elderly dog who has a loss of feeling/muscle use in his back legs that is worsening (degenerative myelopathy). I give him about 8 pieces per meal - more than that is TOO much (stool will be way too soft). If your dog is otherwise healthy & has normal intestinal health - I would only sprinkle a few pieces on per meal and see how it goes. If your dog has constipation- I would give about 7-8 pieces (for a 40-50 lb dog) per meal.
