I don’t even notice it. **Q: How long does the support last if wearing them every day** A: Over time they begin to wear down and lose their shape especially between the toes. I found myself squeezing my first two toes together to keep them from falling off. It's probably good idea to rotate your shoes with other shoes once in a while so they don't get over worn so quickly.
