Granted it was only a few pieces and it wasn't rocket science but still. Absolutely love the simplicity of it! Hard to believe something so simple to put together, can produce such a difference in your body.This takes up almost 0 space in my bedroom. Not one of those bulky exercise equipments you wake up in the middle of the night and stub your toe on either. That right there is a winner alone. I let my kids try it first since they are the reason my body isn't what it used to be. My oldest said it was pretty easy for hil and my youngest got mad and threw it.Moms turn. Being 5'9", I take up some space. Middle of the living room with nothing in the 360 radius of me just incase of whatever accident I could produce out of this happens.Main fear was stretching too far and having this thing keep rolling while I lose my grip and I face plant on my hard floors. Didn't happen. The grips were great. Even after 2 rolls and stretching, I felt it the burn. Lol.
