I have consistently had neck and back pain as a result of sitting at my computer all day. I also felt I was starting to be very stagnant as well. I recently purchase a treadmill desk to help alleviate this, and paid quite a bit of money for it. It wasn't until I had this installed and set up that I realized the computer would sit at a very low angle while standing on the treadmill, making it nearly impossible to get anything done.This adjustable standing desk was exactly the solution I needed!
