It shipped fast, worked right out of the box, and is easy to use. Charges quickly using USB cord (included, but you do need a USB charger to plug cord into). It's not kidding when it says it's quiet; there is some sound but it's WAY quieter than any clippers I've ever seen or used before (including some "quiet mode" clippers made for pet grooming). I was able to shave my own undercut with little to no difficulty, and the guards work great for this. Only had one haircut "boo-boo" and that was when I took the guard off to clean it, got to talking to someone, then returned to cut without putting the guard back on.
