If I don’t have any vinegar I usually take a couple capsules about 15 minutes before eating. It appears to have helped my energy levels too, probably from better digestion.I also really appreciate that unlike 95% of the other HCL supplements I came across, this one is free of filler ingredients that can harm your body over time.
