It was the motherboard USB 3.0 and 3.1 issue. Couldn’t find the correct working driver for my motherboard to make it work, So after I drop in a PCIE USB3.1 card, the cable works prefect and the speed is exceeding the Oculus OEM cable. Changing to 5 stars. Funny part is, the 80 bucks oculus cable works on both drop in USB card or USB ports on motherboard without any issues. But one thing to confirm, kiwi cable is good!Decent cable for the price, but it has issues. Maybe Oculus related. When plug in USB 3.1 port, it works perfectly but Oculus app only shows USB2.0 connection with 350 mbps speed. Just like other Chinese off brands cables. When plug in to regular USB 3.0 ports, the windows doesn’t recognize the USB device at all, tried front back and USB 2.0 ports, just doesn’t work at all. Same issue with other off brand cables. So after messing around for longtime, eventually picked up a Oculus OEM link cable, no problem at all, USB test shows USB3 connection. Feels really like oculus related and the way they are force people buying their crazy over priced 80 bucks USB type C cable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars (Edited) Received New Cable *by A***L on Reviewed in the United States on October 3, 2022* (Edit 10/11/22)Kiwi reached out to me and had a new cable sent out incredibly quickly. They were very professional, and so far the new cable seems to be working great!I bought this product months ago and since have been trying every possible method to make it work properly. Firstly, when I initially got the cable the cord was covered in lumps, like it had been twisted around repeatedly and no amount of untwisting would fix it. Secondly, it regularly disconnects from my PC and the quality of the picture starts deteriorating after less than an hour of use. When that happens, the cord is practically unusable, and I have to wait until at least the next day in order for whatever the hell happened to reset itself. At first I thought it was my 3.0 usb port, but after confirming that nothing was wrong with it and changing the charging settings, I concluded that it's definitely the cable.
