The USB-C is up to 15W, as it doesn’t use Power Delivery (PD), so don’t think you can use it actively all day plugged into this. A MacBook Air (at least some) uses 30W and some thin and light laptops use 45W. Many will use 65W. I don’t think any are below 30W though. So, long story short, yes, but slowly. Used both 15 and 20 amp versions, no usb, no child proofing. Child proofing is a pita to use. Like the fact that there is an indicator light - it's a must now. Test/reset buttons are not colored but then i never remembered which was which in a colored version. I just push whatever until it trips and light goes out. I hate those where light changes color. This one just goes out. It has terminals where you put the wire in and tighten the bolt. No need to make a loop - super fast and secure. Note that gfcis do go bad over time outdoors, this is expected.
