Even had another clear plastic bag inside the outer bag, with the outside bag being taped from previous opening. The strap has been cut and re-sewn. Many items I have ordered recently come from outside the USA. If I wanted items from Pakistan, that takes 6 weeks to arrive, or Japan and China, I would order from a less (trusted) site.
