It works exactly like it should, holds my phone securely, and the magnetic connection is strong enough that I’m not constantly worrying about my phone falling off while driving. The biggest thing that has impressed me is the adhesive. I live in Arizona, where the inside of a parked car can get ridiculously hot. I fully expected the adhesive to eventually soften, loosen, or start peeling away from the dashboard, especially after going through an entire Arizona summer. Almost a year later, it’s still holding strong. The wireless charging works well, the cooling feature is a nice addition in the heat, and being able to just snap my phone into place instead of messing with a traditional clamp-style holder makes it extremely convenient. Nothing complicated to say about this one—it works, it has survived the Arizona heat, and I haven't had any issues with it. That's about the best review I can give a car accessory. Definitely recommend it. Review: Would recommend, hold phone very stable and charges fast - Super easy to install and use, good strong hold and keeps my phone stable. I haven't noticed any issues with overheating. Charges fast and reliably. ## Features - Compatibility: only for iPhone 17e/17/16/15/14/13/12 series, Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra/S26 +/S26/S25 Ultra/S25 +/S25 with a magnetic case. This "charger" sucks for charging. It works well for mounting the phone. Just useless to charge wirelessly **Q: Will a magsafe connection work with apple carplay the same as a direct usb to lightning connection? my car does not support carplay via bluetooth.** A: There are two ways to connect your iPhone to your car.1. If your car supports CarPlay with a USB cable, plug your iPhone into the USB port in your car. The USB port might be labeled with a CarPlay icon or a smartphone icon.2. If your car supports wireless CarPlay, press and hold the voice command button on your steering wheel. Make sure that your stereo is in wireless or Bluetooth mode. Then on your iPhone, go to Settings > General > CarPlay, tap Available cars, and select your car. You can find more details on: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205634 **Q: this wont work with the iphone 11? even with a halolock case?** A: Sorry, it's only compatible with iPhone with Magsafe(12 series or later). **Q: How much car battery does this led halo light drain when left plugged into a car cigarette lighter port?** A: The CryoBoost indicator light is made up of LEDs which are highly efficient with an estimated power usage of around 0.5W. It is always on during charging and when initially plugging the charger into a power source. If no phone is attached, the light will turn off after 5 seconds. When a phone is taken off of the charging pad, the light will also turn off after 5 seconds. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost a Year in the Arizona Heat and Still Holding Strong *by J***Z on September 3, 2026* I’ve been using this ESR MagSafe car mount for almost a year now, and I honestly have no complaints. I haven't noticed any issues with overheating. Charges fast and reliably. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A nice dash mount *by J***F on August 23, 2026* When it arrived the 3m adhesive was completely dry. I specifically needed a dash mount. I contacted ESR the same day that I received the mount and with ZERO issues they promptly mailed me a replacement. I would have rated this 5 stars, accept I have an android phone. So it doesn't offer the same charging speed as an I-phone would get. I replaced the cable that comes with it however. It includes a USB-A to USB-C, which throttle the power. With a USB-C to USB-C I don't have any issues. It looks nice, and the magnetic strength is very good. The vent clip is versatile and not a bad option. I keep it in the car just in case I need it as a back up. ## Frequently Bought Together - ESR for MagSafe Car Mount Charger with CryoBoost, Phone Cooling MagSafe Car Charger, Magnetic Wireless Car Charger, Air Vent/Dashboard Car Phone Holder for iPhone 16/15/14/13/12, S25, Fast Charging - Anker 323 USB-C Car Charger Adapter, 52.5W Cigarette Lighter Charger with 30W PowerIQ 3.0 Fast Charging for iPhone 15/15 Pro Max, 14/13/12 Series, Galaxy S23/22, Pixel --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/430247773-esr-for-magsafe-car-mount-charger-w-cryoboost-for-iphone](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/430247773-esr-for-magsafe-car-mount-charger-w-cryoboost-for-iphone) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
