## Overview

Sika SikaGrout 111 GP is a 25 kg, one-part, cementitious grout designed for general purpose use with shrinkage compensation. Its flowable, pumpable consistency makes it ideal for both interior and exterior applications including sealing, filling voids, and under machine base plates. Chloride-free and fire-rated, it offers concrete-level protection and durability, ensuring long-lasting, crack-resistant performance in demanding construction environments.

## Description

Surfaces must be sound, thoroughly clean, free from ice, oils, grease, standing water and any loose or friable particles and any other surface contaminants.
Place the correct amount of water into a forced action grout mixer or  in a clean, suitable mixing vessel.
Pour the mixed grout into the  header box/hopper ensuring continuous grout flow during the complete grouting operation to avoid trapping air.
Use steel banding or chains to assist flow where necessary. For large volume placement, grout pumps are recommended. For cold weather working, consider using warm water to assist with achieving strength gain  and other physical properties.

Good stuff but more suitable for larger endeavours. Any overspill makes it tricky for paving grout. Clean up is difficult.
