I feel like my kids drink more water now that we have this and it’s easily accessible for them. My husband complains it’s sorta loud but I didn’t think so. I called and they said the same exactly script from the first cooler. If you plan on hooking into an RO system and bypassing the filters, there is a electronic valve between the two filters that you need to connect you line to.
