these are so good. they have a creamy, sweet flavor. there is some natural variance but some remind me a little bit of green olives. they are not roasted so they are not as crunchy as the ones in stores but I like them way better because of this. they taste very fresh and blow "wonderful" brand out of the water. they don't need salt to be really tasty.
