You must use caution and go slow at first these will hurt, even though they are rubber, practice slow and speed will increase in time . I recommend these for beginners and those with experience using nun chucks. Build quality is sturdy, and seems to be very durable built to last so far. I have been using these everyday for a few months and I can say from usage these are rugged and can take a beating for wear and tear. Highly recommend purchase will be ordering more as gifts for Christmas.

Lasted 3 weeks before the chain breaks. Great for practicing swinging but not great spamming straight hits. Since it is made out of rubber, holding it tight causes a lot friction for my hand, damaging my skin.
