(Careful, Sizes Do Run Big.) *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States on May 10, 2016* Bought this a gift for my mom.About two weeks before Mother's Day, I was on the phone with my mom and when I asked her what she was doing she said that she was at the store looking for some converse shoes. She said that she had been at multiple stores all day looking for a pair to replace the ones that shes had for many many years.During the phone call I managed to get the size and color that she would want out of her (you know, as causal conversation ;) ) while I was secretly looking for a pair on Amazon.com. She said that she wears a 6 1/2 if not a 7. Well, since these didn't offer in between sizes I was going to order a 7, but after reading a bunch of reviews saying that these run big. I went with the 6 and I'm really glad that I did!I gave them to her this past weekend and she was surprised (yay!) and very happy (double yay!)! When she looked at the size she said. "Oh no, a six!" but after she tried them on she said "Oh my gosh!" They were perfect! Actually, she said that they were a little big, but she said that once she put socks on they would be just right! Thanks! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ just what i wanted *by R***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 4, 2014* everything everyone else said is pretty much true. yes, they smell bad but i put them in the sun for a day and i can live with the rest until it dissipates. it's just a strong rubber/auto smell and not like a dead animal! lol definitely had to order some better laces (from amazon of course). the ones that came with them were fraying and falling apart and way too long. they have no arch support but i've yet to see this style of shoe with any so it wasn't a big surprise. i put a dr. scholls insert in for some padding, especially at the heel.most importantly is the fit for me. i wear a size 6 in most shoes and ordered the 6. the toe bed (the entire white rubber area) is wide enough that my bunions don't rub. i can actually move my feet around a little in that area and that's a good thing for me. it's very hard to find this style shoe that isn't too narrow in that area. my heel slips a tiny bit but i've worn them all day and no blisters. i have peds on with them. don't think they call them that anymore but it's a thin little footie.they seem well made considering how cheap the price was. all in all, i'm happy with them and they look cool.would have been 5 stars if i didn't have to spend a bit more for laces.been wearing them on and off for a couple of weeks now and still love them. i'm getting a few more pairs! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cute, and perfect *if* you have something for inside-the-shoe support. *by L***L on Reviewed in the United States on March 6, 2019* I want all the colors ! I can only wear shoes like this if I use my orthodics (rigid inserts custom-designed by my podiatrist) - that create an arch and structure. Then I lace them in a way that he taught me that fits my foot.
