Striker brushes have a distinctive round head for high capacity paint holding, an angled head for optimum contact with the surface and a long handle that enables you to get to difficult to reach areas such as high walls and ceilings without having to resort to ladders or platforms, or awkward areas like behind radiators, gutters and pipes or staining fences behind shrubs, bushes, etc. This trade quality, sturdy striker brush has a 1" (25mm) diameter angled head made from a mix of synthetic and natural bristle to combine finish quality and durability, with a 15" (380mm) long handle, giving an extended reach 50% more than that of a standard paint brush. Set in a rust-resistant, stainless steel ferrule, it is ideal for applying water- and solvent/oil-based paints including emulsion paints (eg. matt, silk, eggshell) and masonry paints to smooth or textured surfaces, and woodstains and varnishes to fences, sheds and other timber surfaces. The soft bristles also make striker brushes useful as a dusting brush for high walls and ceilings, gathering and moving dust rather than flicking it. ## Features - 1" (25mm) round head trade quality striker brush set at 45 degrees, giving the optimum contact angle with the surface at extended reach - Extra long 15” (380mm) wooden handle to access difficult or awkward areas such as high walls, ceilings, behind radiators and pipes - Ideal for applying emulsions (eg. matt, silk, eggshell) and masonry paints to smooth or textured surfaces, and woodstains and varnishes to fences, sheds and other timber surfaces - Mixture of pure and synthetic bristles that combine durability, high capacity paint holding and an excellent finish - Also great as a dusting brush - gathers and moves dust rather than flicking it - MORE INFORMATION BELOW in the 'From The Manufacturer' section - click on 'See More Product Details' or scroll down ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Asin | B00TOBEZF2 | | Brand Name | ProDec | | Bristle Type | Round Striker Bristle | | Brush Width | 1 inches | | Color | Brown | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars (214) 4.5 out of 5 stars | | Handle Type | Wooden | | Included Components | ProDec Paint Brush | | Item Type Name | ProDec 1" Striker Brush with 15" Long Reach Handle for Painting Difficult Areas | | Manufacturer | Rodo Ltd | | Manufacturer Part Number | SB1 | | Material Type | Metal Synthetic Hair | | Model Number | SB1 | | Number Of Packs | 1 | | Paint Type | Oil | | Size | 15" Reach | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Images ![ProDec 1" Striker Brush with 15" Long Reach Handle for Painting Difficult and Awkward Areas Including High Walls, Ceilings, Corners, Behind Pipes - Suitable for All Paint Types, 1" 25mm - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/5117gRPpcPL.jpg) ![ProDec 1" Striker Brush with 15" Long Reach Handle for Painting Difficult and Awkward Areas Including High Walls, Ceilings, Corners, Behind Pipes - Suitable for All Paint Types, 1" 25mm - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51HhH3mjUAL.jpg) ![ProDec 1" Striker Brush with 15" Long Reach Handle for Painting Difficult and Awkward Areas Including High Walls, Ceilings, Corners, Behind Pipes - Suitable for All Paint Types, 1" 25mm - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71xKnuiCr1L.jpg) ![ProDec 1" Striker Brush with 15" Long Reach Handle for Painting Difficult and Awkward Areas Including High Walls, Ceilings, Corners, Behind Pipes - Suitable for All Paint Types, 1" 25mm - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61MBG9wiGUL.jpg) ![ProDec 1" Striker Brush with 15" Long Reach Handle for Painting Difficult and Awkward Areas Including High Walls, Ceilings, Corners, Behind Pipes - Suitable for All Paint Types, 1" 25mm - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51QiB60WWAL.jpg) ## Frequently Bought Together - ProDec 1" Striker Brush with 15" Long Reach Handle for Painting Difficult and Awkward Areas Including High Walls, Ceilings, Corners, Behind Pipes - Suitable for All Paint Types, 1" 25mm - ProDec Contractor 1 inch Nook and Cranny Long Handle Paint Brush for Painting Difficult and Awkward Areas Including High Walls, Ceilings, Behind Pipes, Suitable for All Paint Types 1" 25mm --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/431580156-prodec-1-striker-brush-with-15-long-reach-handle-painting](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/431580156-prodec-1-striker-brush-with-15-long-reach-handle-painting) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
